Any meal and lunch daily rarely pass without delicious salads, pleasing to the eye and taste. This is the most popular cold dishes, giving unlimited possibilities to combine products and create new flavor combinations. But, unfortunately, not all salads are equally useful. Classic Olivier salad in mayonnaise, for example, a real calorie bomb. But light salads of vegetables or fruits, flavored olive oil or balsamic tart is quite another thing.
Why salad “light”?

Beautiful and tasty salad for the new year
I already promised you that for a festive new year’s table will offer you some interesting recipes. Well, what new year without a beautiful Christmas salad. That’s right – no. Most of us love salads and often we prepare salads at home . Salad is a versatile dish for any holiday. You always want to cook something new salads. I know for myself, when the guests try something new, ask the hostess for the recipe. Today offer recipes of the salads that I tried to prepare myself, most importantly, it’s quick and savory salads, we can cook except sandwiches.
2 tomatoes, 200 g cucumber, 200 g sweet pepper 150 g white cheese, a bunch of green onions, salt, pepper, olive oil for dressings.
