Pork in sweet and sour sauce with pineapple
Pork in sweet and sour sauce is a traditional Chinese dishes. Sharp spices, peppers and pineapple is surprisingly easy to combine in this exotic recipe.
Tender pork stewed right in the sauce that gives the original its piquant taste. Despite the colorful and exotic unusual dishes for us, it is quite simple.
3 tbsp soy sauce,
2 tbsp dry white wine or 1 tbsp balsamic Apple cider vinegar,
2 tbsp starch,
2 PCs. sweet red pepper,
piece of ginger (you can substitute dried crushed),
2 tbsp vegetable oil,
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp vinegar
chernyaty and red pepper.
Cooking recipe pork
Cut pork across the grain in small cubes.
Remove the juice from canned pineapples.
For the marinade mix 2 tbsp pineapple juice 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp dry white wine, 1 tablespoon starch.
Pickle pork in the marinade for 20-30 minutes.
After 30 minutes take out the meat from the marinade, spread on a plate.
RUB the grated ginger and quickly fry in vegetable oil on medium heat.
Ginger take out and put in the pan the marinated meat, fry it on all sides for 10 minutes.
Then add to the meat red sweet pepper, cut into strips, cook for another 10 minutes.
Continuing the roasting, add in the meat marinade and roasted ginger, and black pepper. Dried ginger fry is not necessary, but would be less acute. Simmer another 10 minutes.
The remaining pineapple juice mixed with the remaining starch, ketchup and vinegar. Pour in the meat and bring to the boil. Add a half can of pineapple there remaining soy sauce, stir, simmer 2 minutes and you’re done.
For a side dish to pork in sweet and sour sauce served with boiled rice. Bon appetit!
